08:13 AM EDT, 06/11/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Allegion ( ALLE ) said Tuesday it had acquired Unicel Architectural through one of its subsidiaries.

Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.

Unicel Architectural provides glass, wood and aluminum building designs focused on security and privacy in health care, education and government. The Canadian firm will operate as part of the Allegion Americas division, with its current co-Presidents Samuel Doyon-Bissonnette and Vincent Couturier joining Allegion Americas' non-residential business.
