Allegion Acquires Door Hardware Manufacturer Trimco

09:02 AM EDT, 04/02/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Allegion ( ALLE ) said Wednesday that it has acquired privately-held door hardware manufacturer Trimco through its subsidiaries.

Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.

The company said it will fold Trimco into its Allegion Americas unit, which is headed by Allegion ( ALLE ) Senior Vice President Dave Ilardi.
