Allegion Acquires Nova Hardware

10:21 AM EDT, 06/03/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Allegion ( ALLE ) said Tuesday that one of its subsidiaries acquired Novas, an Australian architectural door hardware business.

Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

The company said Novas will report into its international segment, which is led by Senior Vice President Tim Eckersley.

The acquisition excludes Novas' kitchen and bathroom businesses, which will be retained by the owner and formed as a separate entity.

Shares of Allegion ( ALLE ) were down 1.3% in recent trading.
