09:16 AM EDT, 09/16/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Allegion ( ALLE ) said Monday that it has named Lauren Peters chair of its board of directors, effective Sept. 11.

Peters, who is a former chief financial officer of Foot Locker (FL), succeeds Kirk Hachigian, who is retiring from the board at the end of his term, Allegion ( ALLE ) said.

Peters has been an Allegion ( ALLE ) board member since 2021, the company added.
