Allegion Unit Acquires UK Security Hardware Provider Brisant

08:43 AM EDT, 08/13/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Allegion ( ALLE ) said Wednesday that one of its units has acquired UK security hardware provider Brisant.

Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Brisant will report into the Allegion International segment, Allegion ( ALLE ) said.
