Allego Starts Delisting Process From NYSE

11:17 AM EDT, 08/02/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Allego ( ALLG ) said Friday it has begun the delisting process of its shares from the New York Stock Exchange following the completion of the tender offer by Madeleine Charging, Allego's ( ALLG ) majority stockholder.

Allego ( ALLG ) said it has notified the NYSE of its delisting plan and expects the last trading day of its shares to be around Aug. 22.
