05:14 PM EST, 12/23/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Allegro MicroSystems ( ALGM ) said in a regulatory filing Monday that David Aldrich stepped down from his role as board chair, effective immediately.

Aldrich also resigned from his positions on the board's compensation committee and nominating and governance committee.

The resignation wasn't due to any disagreements with the company or management on operations, policies or practices, the company said.
