10:22 AM EST, 11/15/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Allegro MicroSystems ( ALGM ) has teamed up with engineering services firm Cyient to establish a center of excellence that will focus on developing next-generation magnetic sensors and power semiconductors for the automotive industry, Cyient said Friday.

The center in Hyderabad, India, will strengthen Allegro's presence in the country and provide access to a skilled talent pool and foster collaboration within India's technology ecosystem, Cyient said.

Financial terms were not disclosed.
