08:29 AM EST, 01/30/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Allegro MicroSystems ( ALGM ) reported fiscal Q3 adjusted earnings Thursday of $0.07 per diluted share, compared with $0.32 a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $0.06.

Net sales for the quarter ended Dec. 27 was $177.9 million, compared with $255 million a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $176.3 million.

For fiscal Q4 the company said it expects earnings of $0.03 to $0.07 per diluted share on net sales of $180 million to $190 million. Analysts surveyed by FactSet expect a loss of $0.04 per share on net sales of $184.3 million.

Shares of Allegro MicroSystems ( ALGM ) were up 0.2% in recent premarket activity.
