07:12 AM EST, 01/24/2025 (MT Newswires) -- ALLETE ( ALE ) said Friday that Chief Financial Officer Steven Morris will retire later in 2025 as part of the company's succession plan.

Morris, who was appointed as CFO in February 2022, will remain with ALLETE ( ALE ) until July, the company said.

Chief Executive Officer Bethany Owen said she is taking steps to identify a new CFO and will likely do so later in Q1.
