05:31 PM EDT, 10/08/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Alliance Laundry Holdings ( ALH ) said Wednesday it has priced its initial public offering of about 37.6 million shares at $22 a share.

The offering includes about 13.2 million shares from a selling stockholder, the firm said. It expects to close the offering Oct. 10.

Underwriters have a 30-day option to buy up to some 5.6 million additional shares from the selling stockholder, Alliance said.

The shares are expected to begin trading on NYSE under the "ALH" ticker symbol on Oct. 9, it added.
