08:30 AM EDT, 09/29/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Alliance Laundry and its backer BDT Capital Partners plan to raise up to $751.2 million by offering about 34.1 million shares in an initial public offering on the New York Stock Exchange.

The laundry equipment maker is offering around 24.4 million shares, while BDT Capital Partners is offering about 9.8 million shares, according to a Monday filing with the US Securities and Exchange Commission.

Alliance said it expects the offering to price at between $19 to $22 per share. The underwriters were granted an option to purchase up to an additional 5.1 million shares for 30 days, the company said.

Alliance said it has applied to list its common stock on the New York Stock Exchange under the ALH ticker.
