05:08 PM EDT, 05/29/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Alliance Resource Partners ( ARLP ) said late Wednesday that Alliance Resource Operating Partners and Alliance Resource Finance have priced a $400 million private placement of 8.625% senior unsecured notes due 2029.

The offering is expected to close by June 12.

Alliance Resource Operating Partners will use part of the net proceeds to fund the redemption of 7.5% notes due 2025 and the rest for general corporate purposes.
