09:15 AM EDT, 05/31/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Alliant Energy ( LNT ) said Friday that it has completed construction of a 200-megawatt solar array in Potosi, Wisconsin.

The company said its Grant County Solar Project can provide electricity for 50,000 homes annually and is expected to generate $30 million in revenue.

The project is the last of its 12 Wisconsin solar projects, which generate 1,089 megawatts.
