05:18 PM EDT, 06/03/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Alliant Energy ( LNT ) said Monday it priced a $375 million private offering of 5.4% senior unsecured notes due 2027.

The company expects to close the offering on Thursday and said the net proceeds will be used to reduce Alliant's outstanding commercial paper and for general corporate purposes.

The notes will mature on June 6, 2027, according to the company.
