Alliant Energy Prices $725 Million Notes Offering

03:39 AM EDT, 09/24/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Alliant Energy ( LNT ) said late Tuesday it priced a public offering of $725 million worth of 5.750% junior subordinated notes due 2056.

The offering is expected to close Friday.

The company said it plans to use net proceeds to reduce outstanding debt and for general corporate purposes.
