05:20 PM EDT, 06/26/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Allied Gaming & Entertainment ( AGAE ) said Thursday that its board appointed Yangyang Li as chief executive.

Li succeeds Yinghua Chen, who will transition to a senior strategic capacity and will remain the CEO of the company's Allied Esports International unit, according to the company.

Yangyang Li is the president and chairman of the board and will continue to serve in these roles, the company added.
