Allied Gaming Requests Nasdaq Hearing After Delisting Notice
Jun 25, 2025 2:52 PM

05:37 PM EDT, 06/25/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Allied Gaming & Entertainment ( AGAE ) submitted a hearing and stay request in response to a Nasdaq delisting notice.

The notice was issued after the company failed to hold an annual meeting of shareholders within 12 months of its fiscal year-end and did not file its quarterly report for the period ended March 31.

The delays were because of lawsuits filed by an activist shareholder, Allied Gaming said Wednesday in a statement.

Allied Gaming's combined 2024-25 annual meeting of stockholders is scheduled for Aug. 4, and the company "will take all appropriate steps to remain listed on Nasdaq," according to the statement.
