Acquisition strengthens capabilities in the niche tradeshow vertical, including specialized tradeshow transportation, storage, and exhibit services

ORLANDO, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--

Allstates WorldCargo, a leader in customized, expedited logistics solutions, today announced its acquisition of ELITeXPO, a Chicago-based tradeshow logistics provider specializing in end-to-end support for exhibiting companies.

The acquisition strengthens Allstates WorldCargo’s position in the tradeshow vertical by adding a specialized provider with decades of experience supporting exhibitors in complex, time‑critical environments. ELITeXPO will continue to operate as a dedicated tradeshow logistics organization, with no disruption to customer operations, while further expanding Allstates WorldCargo’s capabilities and expertise in this specialized market.
