Almonty Industries Names New CFO

10:14 AM EDT, 07/29/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Almonty Industries ( ALM ) said Tuesday it has named Brian Fox as chief financial officer, succeeding Mark Gelmon, effective Aug. 25.

Fox was most recently chief financial and operating officer at CBIZ Marks Paneth, Almonty said.

Gelmon, who became CFO in 2017, will remain involved with Almonty as a financial consultant, the company said.
