Alpha Metallurgical Resources' Chief Administrative Officer Roger Nicholson to Depart

08:50 AM EDT, 05/10/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Alpha Metallurgical Resources ( AMR ) said Friday that Chief Administrative Officer Roger Nicholson will leave the company, effective May 31.

The company said it has appointed Mark Manno to take over Nicholson's roles of executive vice president, general counsel and secretary, in addition to overseeing Alpha's legal, land and safety departments, starting June 1.

Also, Alpha said Chief Operating Officer Jason Whitehead will be responsible for the oversight of the environmental department and human resources functions.
