08:06 AM EST, 11/12/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Alpha Modus Holdings ( AMOD ) subsidiary Alpha Modus Corp. said Wednesday it has filed an amended complaint to broaden its patent infringement claims against Kroger ( KR ) .

The amended filing in a federal court in Texas expands the original complaint to nine asserted patents from eight, adding a patent related to Alpha Modus' ( AMOD ) portfolio covering artificial intelligence-powered retail engagement, analytics, and in-store automation, the company said.

The filing follows a settlement reached between Alpha Modus ( AMOD ) and Kroger ( KR ) over the use of Cooler Screens technology, according to a statement.

Kroger ( KR ) did not immediately reply to a request for comment from MT Newswires.
