Alpha Modus Files Patent Infringement Lawsuit Against Kroger

09:55 AM EDT, 09/02/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Alpha Modus ( AMOD ) said Tuesday it has filed a patent infringement lawsuit against Kroger ( KR ) in the US District Court for the Eastern District of Texas.

The lawsuit alleges that Kroger ( KR ) infringed on seven Alpha Modus ( AMOD ) patents involving technologies relating to real-time consumer monitoring, AI-powered advertising, seamless checkout, and advanced inventory management, Alpha Modus ( AMOD ) said.

Alpha Modus ( AMOD ) said it is seeking damages, attorneys' fees, and a permanent injunction.

Kroger ( KR ) did not immediately respond to MT Newswires' request for comment.

Shares of Alpha Modus ( AMOD ) fell 3.7% in recent trading, while Kroger ( KR ) was slightly higher.
