Alpha Modus Settles Patent Infringement Lawsuit Against Walgreens

11:01 AM EDT, 08/21/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Alpha Modus ( AMOD ) said Thursday it settled a lawsuit against Walgreen Co. over infringement of its in-store technology patents.

Settlement terms were confidential, and the lawsuit will be dismissed with prejudice, according to a statement.

The case involved claims related to Alpha Modus' ( AMOD ) US Patent Nos. 10,977,672 and 11,042,890.

Price: 1.10, Change: +0.02, Percent Change: +1.85
