08:24 AM EDT, 09/12/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Alpha Modus ( AMOD ) said Friday that its subsidiary has filed a lawsuit against MNTN ( MNTN ) in federal court in Texas alleging infringement of three patents covering various aspects of consumer behavior and marketing.

The company said that the patents involve methods for monitoring and analyzing consumer behavior, systems that enhance in-store customer assistance, and personalized marketing and advertising.

Alpha Modus ( AMOD ) said that MNTN ( MNTN ) used its patented systems and methods to improve audience targeting, ad efficiency, and consumer engagement.

MNTN ( MNTN ) did not immediately respond to an MT Newswires request for comment.
