09:53 AM EDT, 06/11/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Alpha Modus Holdings ( AMOD ) unit, Alpha Modus Ventures, said Wednesday that it has filed a patent infringement lawsuit against Cisco Systems ( CSCO ) , alleging that certain Cisco ( CSCO ) networking and data center products infringed three Alpha Modus Ventures patents related to its fibre channel over ethernet technology.

The company said it seeks monetary damages from Cisco ( CSCO ) and claims that the "unauthorized" use of the "innovation" provided Cisco ( CSCO ) with a "significant" commercial benefit.

Cisco ( CSCO ) did not immediately respond to MT Newswires' request for comment.

Alpha Modus' ( AMOD ) stock was down nearly 3% in recent Wednesday trading, while Cisco's ( CSCO ) stock fell more than 1%.
