11:17 AM EST, 12/19/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Alpha Modus Holdings (AMOD) said Thursday its Alpha Modus unit filed a patent infringement complaint against supermarket operator Wakefern Food and Shelf Nine LLC.

The lawsuit, filed in the US District Court for the Eastern District of Texas, alleges infringement of various Alpha Modus patents encompassing retail marketing and advertising data-driven technologies, the company said.

Wakefern didn't immediately reply to a request for comment from MT Newswires. Shelf Nine couldn't be reached.
