Alpha Tau Medical Receives Radioactive Material License For New Hampshire Facility

09:45 AM EDT, 10/21/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Alpha Tau Medical ( DRTS ) said Tuesday it has secured a radioactive material license from New Hampshire's Public Health Protection Bureau for its commercial-scale manufacturing facility in Hudson, New Hampshire.

Chief Executive Officer Uzi Sofer said the company has completed the first phase of construction and will now proceed with installing thorium generators, with the aim of producing Alpha DaRT cancer treatments in 2026.

Shares of the company were up 1% in early trading Tuesday.
