04:30 AM EDT, 07/12/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Alpha Teknova ( TKNO ) said it has signed a deal for the sale and issuance of about 12.4 million common shares at $1.24 per share through a private placement for expected gross proceeds of about $15.4 million.

The company expects to close the placement on or about Friday and said proceeds will be used for general working capital.
