Alphabet Fined $77.6 Million by Russian Court

09:02 AM EST, 01/14/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Alphabet (GOOG, GOOGL) has been fined about 8.01 billion rubles ($77.6 million) by Russia's Chertanovo District Court for noncompliance with previous penalties, according to a message posted by a Moscow courts press service account on Telegram.

Alphabet did not immediately respond to a request for comment from MT Newswires.
