12:51 PM EDT, 10/13/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Alphabet's (GOOGL, GOOG) Google ( GOOG ) will sign an agreement with the Indian state of Andhra Pradesh to build a 1-gigawatt data center, Technology Minister Nara Lokesh said Monday on X.

Lokesh said the government and Google ( GOOG ) will sign a $10 billion Memorandum of Understanding for the project on Tuesday.

Alphabet did not immediately respond to MT Newswires' request for comment.
