10:46 AM EDT, 08/19/2024 (MT Newswires) -- AlphaVest Acquisition ( ATMV ) said Monday it has agreed to merge with native computer vision AI platform provider AMC Corp.

The transaction will be organized as a merger with AMC subsidiary AV Merger Sub and is expected to give AMC stockholders shares of its capital stock worth $175 million. AlphaVest said.

The deal is expected to close in Q4.
