05:33 PM EDT, 10/07/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Alpine Income Property Trust ( PINE ) acquired a three-property portfolio for $2.8 million from an undisclosed seller.

The properties, located in Illinois, Virginia and Louisiana, span a combined 8,890 square feet, Alpine said Tuesday in a statement.

Two of the assets are net leased to the restaurant chain Hardee's, while the third is net leased to Jiffy Lube.
