04:46 PM EDT, 05/31/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Alpine Income Property Trust ( PINE ) said Friday it appointed Philip Mays as chief financial officer and treasurer of the company, effective June 17.

Mays will also serve as chief financial officer and treasurer of CTO Realty Growth ( CTO ) , an external manager of Alpine, according to the company.

Mays worked as chief financial officer of Shadowbox Studios until February, the company added.
