09:26 AM EST, 01/21/2026 (MT Newswires) -- ALT5 Sigma ( ALTS ) said Wednesday that it has established a new business unit called ALT5 AI to focus on enterprise artificial intelligence and payment settlement systems.

The division intends to incorporate AI capabilities into existing payment and trading platforms to improve transaction efficiency and compliance, the company said.

Additionally, the company said it has appointed Bill Inman as chief innovation strategist.
