Altair Engineering Selected as Samsung Advanced Foundry Ecosystem Partner

04:45 AM EDT, 07/09/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Altair Engineering ( ALTR ) said Tuesday that it has been selected as an electronic design automation partner for the Samsung Advanced Foundry Ecosystem.

Altair's electronic design automation technology will be combined with Samsung Foundry's manufacturing capabilities to establish a more innovative and efficient semiconductor design and production process, the company said.

Altair also plans to offer integrated solutions including high-performance computing resource management, AI-based meta-scheduling technology, and data analytics solutions.

The companies aim to work together to boost market responsiveness and product development competitiveness to quickly handle large amounts of data, according to Altair.
