Altair Engineering Shareholders Approve Planned Merger With Siemens

05:11 PM EST, 01/22/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Altair Engineering ( ALTR ) said late Wednesday its shareholders have approved its merger agreement with Siemens unit Siemens Industry Software.

Altair said that as previously announced Siemens Industry will buy all of Altair's outstanding shares for $113 per share in cash.

Upon completion of the deal, Altair's shares will no longer be listed, the company said.
