12:56 PM EDT, 03/25/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Altamira Therapeutics ( CYTO ) said Monday it is collaborating with Univercells Group to assess SemaPhore platform for mRNA vaccine delivery.

Univercells will evaluate SemaPhore platform for delivering mRNA vaccines, conducting tests both in laboratory settings and on living organisms, with the potential for a commercial agreement if successful, the company said.

Financial details of the collaboration were not disclosed.

The company shares were up 29% in recent trading.
