10:04 AM EDT, 10/22/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Sharecare ( SHCR ) said Tuesday its acquisition by investment firm Altaris has been completed for $1.43 per share in cash.

The deal, which was announced on June 21, got approval from shareholders on Oct. 17, Sharecare ( SHCR ) said.

As a result of the deal, Sharecare's ( SHCR ) shares stopped trading and will no longer be listed on Nasdaq, the company said.
