08:35 AM EDT, 09/30/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Altius Minerals ( ATUSF ) said Tuesday that Ben Lewis, its chief financial officer is retiring effective today. The company also appointed a new board chair.

Lewis will continue in an advisory role to support succession initiatives. Stephanie Hussey, currently vice president, finance, has been appointed as the new chief financial officer. She has been with the company for 12 years.

Executive chairman John Baker has stepped down from the board and been appointed president of the company. Current lead independent director Fred Mifflin has assumed the role of board chair.

Brian Dalton has also committed to a minimum five year extension of his contract to serve as chief executive officer.
