Alto Ingredients Names New Board Chairman, Vice Chair; Two New Directors Also Selected

05:21 PM EDT, 06/26/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Alto Ingredients ( ALTO ) late Thursday said Gilbert Nathan has been selected to be the new board chairman of the ethanol and specialty alcohol producer.

Dianne Nury has been selected to be vice-chair, while Alan Tank and Jeremy Bezdek won election to the Alto board during voting at the company's annual shareholder meeting on Wednesday.

Bezdek currently is president and founder of Ad Astra Advisors and previously held various positions at Koch Industries, including a stint as managing director of the energy company's investments unit.

Tank has been an advisor with Mercator Partners since 2024 and private equity investors Blue Sea Capital since 2017.
