Altria Group, NJOY Disagree With Initial ITC Ruling on JUUL Labs' Patent Complaint

08:56 AM EDT, 08/27/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Altria Group ( MO ) and its operating company NJOY said Tuesday that they disagree with the US International Trade Commission's initial determination supporting JUUL Labs' patent infringement complaint filed against NJOY.

The ITC's Administrative Law Judge's made the initial determination last week.

"NJOY looks forward to presenting its position to the full ITC," the company said, adding that a final decision is expected by Dec. 23.
