11:44 AM EDT, 06/21/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Altria Group's ( MO ) NJOY received the US Food and Drug Administration's authorization to market four menthol-flavored e-cigarette products in the US, via the premarket tobacco product application process, the FDA said Friday.

The products include NJOY ACE Pod Menthol 2.4%, NJOY ACE Pod Menthol 5%, NJOY DAILY Menthol 4.5%, and NJOY DAILY EXTRA Menthol 6%, the FDA said.

The authorized ACE products are sealed, pre-filled pods for use with the "ACE" device, while the authorized "DAILY" products are disposable e-cigarettes with prefilled, non-refillable e-liquid reservoirs.
