Altria plans to sell 35 million AB InBev shares

March 13 (Reuters) - Tobacco giant Altria ( MO ) said on

Wednesday it plans to sell 35 million shares of the world's

largest brewer Anheuser-Busch InBev.

As of last close, the share sale is worth 2.06 billion euros

($2.25 billion), according to Reuters calculations.

($1 = 0.9136 euros)
