Altura Energy Appoints Ashley Lastinger as Chief Executive

09:14 AM EDT, 07/07/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Altura Energy ( TTLHF ) on Monday said it appointed Ashley Lastinger as chief executive.

She replaces Robert Johnston who is transitioning from CEO to executive chairman of the board.

Ian Telfer, the former chairman, will remain on the board as a director.

Shares of the company closed up 25% at $0.30 on Friday on the TSX Venture Exchange.
