05:00 AM EDT, 07/09/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Alvotech ( ALVO ) said Wednesday that it acquired Ivers-Lee Group, a Swiss pharmaceutical packaging specialist, to expand its assembly and packaging capabilities.

The company said that while Ivers-Lee will remain a separate legal entity, its operations will be integrated into Alvotech's ( ALVO ) Technical Operations division.

Alvotech ( ALVO ) said Ivers-Lee is a Food and Drug Administration-approved, GMP-licensed facility specializing in packaging autoinjectors, pre-filled syringes, safety devices, and vials.

It added that managing director Peter Schupbach will remain in his role and join Alvotech's ( ALVO ) senior leadership team as part of the integration.
