06:58 AM EST, 12/16/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Amaroq Minerals ( AMRQF ) on Monday said that due to a slight delay in the receipt of funds from one subscriber, the closing of its fundraising, settlement and admission of around 32 million common shares in relation to the U.K. placing, Icelandic placing and Canadian subscription is now expected to occur on Dec. 17.

Amaroq is an independent mining company with a land package of gold and strategic mineral assets in Southern Greenland.

Amaroq's share price at last look rose 1.8% in early London trading on Monday.
