07:29 AM EDT, 06/30/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Amaroq Minerals ( AMRQF ) on Monday said it raised about 45 million pounds ($83.2 million) by selling 53 million shares.

Amaroq sold the shares at 85 pence ($1.57) apiece with the proceeds slated to support commissioning and production expansion and to complete technical studies at Nalunaq. The funds will also be used to create a new hub in West Greenland and provide additional balance sheet strength and working capital flexibility.

The fundraising is subject to final acceptance of the TSXV.

On Monday, the company's U.K.-listed shares traded 0.6% higher at 79.44 pence.
