07:19 AM EST, 11/11/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Amaroq Minerals (AMRQ.V) on Tuesday released results from re-assayed bulk samples from the Black Angel mine and has fulfilled all conditions precedent in relation to its acquisition of the mine.
The results confirmed high-grade mineralization of zinc, lead and silver and newly identified high-grade strategic critical minerals, including germanium, gallium and cadmium. The results averaged 24.6% zinc, 28.1% lead and 295 grams per tonne silver.
The company also identified commercial levels of germanium at 44 ppm, gallium at 21 ppm and cadmium at 1,328 ppm. These results suggest commercial concentrate grades of 102 ppm germanium, 48.5 ppm gallium and 3,040 ppm cadmium.
Amaroq ( AMRQF ) said all conditions precedent in relation to the acquisition of the Black Angel mine have been completed. Final approval from the government of Greenland on the acquisition of the Kangerluarsuk licenses are expected in the fourth quarter. The two projects are jointly referred to as the West Greenland Hub.
The West Greenland Hub will be 100% owned by Amaroq ( AMRQF ), separate from the Gardaq joint venture, where Amaroq ( AMRQF ) holds a 51% stake.
Black Angel will be advanced as a standalone mining development project and a new hub for the company.
Amaroq's ( AMRQF ) share price at last look gained 6% in early London trading on Tuesday.
