08:58 AM EDT, 09/24/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Amaze (AMZE) said Wednesday that it has signed a letter of intent to acquire all of the assets of The Food Channel, a digital platform focused on culinary content.

The two parties are expected to complete a definitive asset purchase agreement within the coming weeks, after which The Food Channel will become an Amaze unit, Amaze said.

Amaze said it plans to expand its culinary creator network by combining its own network of food creators with The Food Channel's assets.

Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Shares of Amaze were up 1% in recent Wednesday premarket activity.
